Peter Hall is the Head of Learning for the Westpac Group. He is building a Learning Centre of Excellence that supports the group’s customer and multi- brand strategy. He is accountable for building and developing capability across the 40,000 employees of Westpac Group. Prior to this role, he was Head of Learning and Talent at St. George Bank. Peter has extensive learning and HR experience in the financial services industry, including retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management and also in general insurance industry. During his career, he was worked in a wide range of financial services organisations including St.George Bank, ANZ Bank and IAG. He is involved in a number of industry learning groups and recently appointed to the board of the Business/Higher Education Round Table.
