Megan TeBay, Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Blue Mountains City Council
Megan TeBay is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner with Blue Mountains City Council with a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resources from Deakin University.  Megan began her career working with Ernst & Young for 10 years, during which she moved into the field of Human Resources for 5 years.  Prior to joining the Local Government industry in 2004, Megan spent several years in HR Consulting.  Currently specialising in the field of Organisation Development with the key focus being organisational behaviours and organisational performance.  Her current role's focus is to deliver leading edge developments that enhance organisational performance with maximum cost effectiveness, within the Local Government environment.
The evolution of eLearning in Local Government
Working within a Local Government environment financial constraints are always prevalent.  The need for providing training to a semi regional organisation at minimum cost led Blue Mountains City Council to venture into the world of e-learning.  Hear one Council's story of their e-learning journey.
