Criterion
Judges will be looking for a talented individual who has designed and delivered safety training courses for an organisation over the past 12-18 months, and in that time has improved workforce safety performance and increased the skill-sets and motivation of learners.

* Performance Please demonstrate how your, or the entrant’s, talent and work have improved overall enterprise safety performance, including cost effectiveness, capacity to adopt new safety ideas, innovations and meet safety training challenges. (Max response = 400words)
* Testimonials Please provide the contact details for 2 referees who support the entry. Email/phone nos are required. No other supporting material is necessary at this time, but material/demo may be required if shortlisted.
