Criterion
Judges will be looking for a highly talented team (3 or more) who have managed a training project over the past 12-18 months and in that time have improved workforce performance and significantly increased the skill-sets and motivation of learners.

Step 2 - Profile, Performance & Testimonials
* Profile Please give an overview of the training team’s involvement within the organisation. Demonstrate how the training team has made significant impact on staff development, including gains in employees’ skill-sets and motivation of learners. (Maximum response = 400 words)
* Performance Please demonstrate how the teams and project have improved workforce performance, including, cost effectiveness, capacity to adopt new training ideas, learning innovations and meet training challenges. (Maximum response = 400 words)
* Testimonials Please provide the contact details for 2 referees who support the entry. Email/phone nos are required. No other supporting material is necessary at this time, but material/demo may be required if shortlisted.
