  Criterion
  The award focuses on the use of video in a training program that has had a significant positive impact on workforce learning and performance. You will need to demonstrate this impact as a direct result of the training video.

  * General Descriptor
Set the scene for the judges. Give a general background to the use of the video in learning, in context of the business, identifying its purpose and design. Show how employees performed before the video was implemented, the learning needs and the problems the video needed to overcome.
(Maximum response = 400 words).
 

  * Aims & Objectives
In this section you need to outline how the use of the video aimed to have a significant impact on the learners’ and company performance, what your targets were and how you planned to measure them.  (Maximum response = 400 words)
 

  * Evidence of Performance
Provide evidence of the performance of the learners after the video had been implemented. The judges will be looking for evidence of learning effectiveness and the extent to which the video meets the aims, objectives and needs of the training program and business. The degree of innovation and cost-effectiveness will also be considered. (Maximum response = 400 words)
 

  * Step 3 - Supporting Material & Testimonials
  Your entry must be supported by one or more of the following and provide links/access or uploads
