Criterion
The award focuses on a workplace trainer training program that has had a significant positive impact on workforce performance and the skills and knowledge of trainers while delivering group and one-to-one training in the classroom and workplace. You will need to demonstrate this impact on the business and trainers as a direct result of the workplace trainer training program.

Demonstrate how trainers performed before the workplace trainer training program was implemented, the learning needs and the problems the program needed to overcome. * Aims & Objectives In this section you need to outline how the workplace trainer training program aimed to have a significant impact on the trainers’ and company performance, what your targets were and how you planned to measure them. (Maximum response = 400 words)
* Evidence of Performance Please provide evidence of the performance after the workplace trainer training program had been implemented. The judges will be looking for evidence of learning effectiveness and the extent to which the workplace trainer training program meets the aims, objectives and needs of the organisation and trainers.
