Criterion
Judges will be looking for an extremely experienced individual within an organisation or working independently, who has led the way in dedication and in investment to workforce training and development over a number of years in the Asia Pacific region.

* Profile Please give an overview of your, or the entrant’s, involvement within the training and learning industry in the Asia Pacific region. Discuss how you, or the entrant, have used creative influence, experience and commitment to advance the industry. (Max response = 400 words)
* Performance Please establish how your, or the entrant’s, talent and contribution have made a significant impact on how individuals and organisations perform and how this was achieved in a variety of learning situations, including Best Practices across the Asia Pacific region. (Max response = 400 words)
* Testimonials Please provide the contact details for 2 referees who support the entry. Email/phone nos are required. No other supporting material is necessary at this time, but material/demo may be required if shortlisted.
